Party Transit

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!



I went through the hassle of renting a party bus for my girlfriends bachelorette party. I went through the party transit and at first, was happy. We had the bus rented from 8pm till 3pm with at least 20 girls attending. As the date got closer, girls started cancelling left and right and next thing i know we were down to 10 people. Wanting to cancel, I called ADAM the manager to see what could be done. For the 7 hours we had it reserved it would cost about $860. He told us that when we wanted to cancel (which was the day before & i understand this part) it would be $600 to cancel. So we made a deal that instead of 8pm-3am we would just go out from 9pm-2am making the bill go down to $540 which we could handle. LET ME TELL YOU, Adam called me back at 11:30PM Friday night, becuase he kept having "issues" throughout the day, until we got this figured out. talk about last minute. And i called him Friday morning at about 9am...



So, I called him saturday (the night we were going out) to see if he was on his way, it was about 8:30 and he tells me" i was just about to call you" (yeah right) "you gave me the wrong address and were going to be 20 minutes behind".. sack of crap. He didnt arrive until about 9:45. So he gets there & we FINALLY board the bus to it looking DISGUSTING!!!



There was a hole in the ceiling "from where the A/C had been ripped out" and wind and water were getting people wet. A girl had to get a towel out of her car to rig the hole so people didnt get wet. The ceiling was wet which caused the stereo to not work correctly. We wanted a stripper pole, and ADAM persisted he would put it up before we left. Well we pulled off the road and he had forgotten and when asked about it, he said "youll just have to wait until we get to ann arbor".. So we were getting upset and his friend put the pole up and fixed the radio (because by now it was not working at all). He dropped my ipod in a tub of water (a $400 iPod mind you). When i finally spoke up about our services ADAM asked to have a word with me and talked to me like i was a child. He told me he needed ALL of our money before we got off the bus because he didnt think he was going to get his money. We ended up giving his half because WE didnt think we would have a ride home.



When we FINALLY made it to the club, we told him we needed to be picked up when they closed, because since he was late, we agreed we would get to stay out later. Well just so happens, my friend ended up getting kicked out of the club for falling down. WHen i called ADAM THREE TIMES to come pick us up, he TEXTED me telling me he would pick us up at the agreed time AND THEN when it was that "agreed time" texted me again and told me he would be 15 minutes late.



a girls pint of alcohol was missing and so was our purses. They got thrown in the back of the bus "because they didnt want them to get wet" from the rain, but left everything else out (coats jackets ect.) to get wet. they moved alcohol around from cooler to cooler and did not fix the hole in the roof like they said they would. ADAM never showed up to take us home, it was another guy.



The man said he wouldnt let us leave until we paid him the rest of the money which is bull. We shouldnt have to pay for services we were NOT happy with.



they WILL be getting a court hearing with us for the fact we are suing this company and contacting the BBB. We WILL get all of our money back!!



needless to say, the guys a jerk and the buses are nasty.
