Baker's Auto & Tire

I had an AC blower motor go out and needed to have it repaired for my trip back to Texas. I talked with them Friday afternoon, got the part Saturday and they installed Monday morning even though they probably had several people ahead of me. I can’t say enough about the kindness they showed me. They could have easily charged me a lot because of my time restraint but they charged me a ridiculous small amount. I give these guys a 5 plus!

We had our vehicle towed there, we talked to the owner and he PROMISED he would call us back in a short while. NEVER CALLED so we called them and the jerk that answered the phone told us Scottie the OWNER who was supposed to call us BACK & NEVER DID, was not in, so we asked the jerk on the phone about our car - he said it wasn't there?? WHAT? He said, '... well, if it is here just have it towed to a dealer there isn't anything we can do about it.' Seriously?

NO MATTER WHAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I ordered some tired from here. I was told they would be ready by morning I was also asked to come to early. I showed up around 10AM the tires were not there. I was told any minute now. I left an came back about an hour latter. Tire still not there I left again and thy said they would call when the get there. They call and they now have the tires I show back up and they were not ready. So I waited about 20 more minutes and then left to go home. I got a call and said no thank you I don't want your business. I then got about 3-4 more calls the last call ended "your and a$$ hole and I hope you get a flat an no body stops to help you". So here's to you Bakers thank of wishing for an unsafe journey and calling me names. Best of luck to Bakers Tires.

I asked a mechanic to come and look at the car and for two days I was told that they would come and no one showed up. I called several times and the whole business is unprofessional. They need to work on customer service and time management!
