Awful-- they lost all my personal info and tried to blame me for the disconnect when they didn't have the correct phone number and address. Nursing staff for the most part is RUDE! Never see the same doctor and haven't been asked what I'd like to consider for birth plans, etc. I'm never given any feedback and when I ask how things are they say "good" .. That's it. They cannot seem to coordinate or understand anything between them and the ultrasound office literally 2 doors down the hallway. I've been accused by the nursing staff of not giving them the right info and have been billed accordingly and paid more than I should when it has been their own fault. I have never been taken on time for my appointments and normally am taken in almost an hour after my appointment time with no regard to the fact that I have to work and have other appointments. I cannot wait to be done with them as they told me that if I do not give them the correct billing info (that I've done on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS) they wont see me anymore or deliver my baby!! Must be nice to accuse someone of something without any validity and get away with it. I will be following up with the numerous issues I have with them.

office manager Christina Holland lacks compassion, is not understanding, poor customer service skills, rude, tries to be right and prove her point while being accusatory and offensive. her staff were more professional than she was over the phone. Instead of apologizing for any confusion and offering ways to resolve the situation, she would rather hold on to her ego.

This is the first instance where I had to complain, and I have been working in a customer service related field for almost 8 years. That should say a lot.

Save yourself the headache! This place is so unprofessional in every single location! They mess up all of my bills which has costed me an extra $300 out of pocket just for appointments... and I'm not even through with my pregnancy!! definitely leaving ASAP. The doctors (for the most part) are okay, all though I have been severely scarred by one of them as well as a nurse practitioner who decided to hit on me while I was in an appointment alone! And as for the doctor, one of them is extremely awkward and never fails to make me feel uncomfortable.

Hope you don't like to plan ahead, because if you do this is not your place. I don't even have a say who will be assisting me with my delivery- it is up in the air between 6 different doctors, all of them which i have only met once!! (except for the creepy one-he keeps coming back to me for some reason.)

They also have failed to ask me about birthing options, classes, techniques- NOTHING! I always see other women in the office with the same frustrating complaints! everyone always seems upset with this place.

If you like communication, too bad! This place takes an excessively long lunch break every day that leaves you helpless if you need to reach anyone there during that time. I have never once had any of my messages returned that I've left them on their phone lines, and they 90% of the time don't even answer their phones when they ARE there. terrible customer service!! Oh, and they close super early, so don't even bother trying to call after work.

I am always friendly to them, so there is no reason why I should be treated this way. I am disgusted now!

Please do me a favor and don't go here. You can thank me later.
