They are overpriced for the size of the apartments. They have no maintenance staff on the premises. They have a policy of no grills because they provide grills but their grills are not re-filled with propane in a timely fashion so you’re always out of propane on the holidays and weekends. There is no bathroom for the swimming pool area except during office hours but the pool is open until 9 PM at night , so the kids just Pee in the pool it’s disgusting. They do allow large dogs which is a plus and they do have garages on the premises which is a plus. Also you can forget any of your deposit money coming back they Over charge and charge for things in order to keep your money they provided a checklist of everything that needed to be accomplished I did everything that was on their list and more and they still kept all of my money except for 225.00 out of 700.00. As long as you don’t live in it you should be able to get all your money back but if you put any little tiny holes or things in the wall or don’t clean and repaint the walls and everything just spotless they will charge you a fortune . “They want it to look move-in ready when you move out.”
