I will never take my rv any place but here. They went above and beyond to fix my problem. Trustworthy.....willing to help answer questions over the phone when I have a problem.

My travel trailer was broken into and was in need of a new door. The appraiser recommended GoRving for repairs. No sooner had he left where the unit is stored that Paul showed up to take measurements. Not only was the door replaced in a timely manner, but GoRving picked up and returned my unit to the storage facility when repairs were completed. New awning ordered, same excellent service. I would highly recommend GoRving for parts and service.

I am so grateful to J.B. and his crew for going out of their way to assist me with my RV. When I needed to empty the unit on the hottest day of the year, not only did J.B. provide helpers - he sent them home with me to help me unload everything! I would recommend Go Rv'ing anytime!

Could not have asked for a better place to have my RV repaired at. The staff is full of knowledge and are focused on providing top notch customer service. This is a great family owned and ran shop that would get my recommendation any day of the week for any repair. I have had my 5th wheel worked on by them for years and never had a bad experience. I am definitely a life long customer. If you want it done as quickly as possilble the RIGHT way with great customer service this is the place to go!

This is the worst company ever for repairs! We took our RV in for warrenty repair when our back TV in our RV went out not only did they get a different model that didn't fit but they lied about the model number on the invoice so it looked like they got the right one then since it was smaller they stuck a 1x4 board under it and when we complained because we were not told of any problem replacing it since they were already paid (by the warrenty company) they said they would remove the TV and give us back our old one and we could go somewhere else. They had our RV for over 2 months for this shoddy work and when we called several times they never said there was a problem with the TV nor did they ever call to advise us.

i.e., A loGO RVing at Andover, KS is the BEST company we have ever experienced for any kind of repair including our home, our vehicles and our 5th wheel. We put the 5th wheel in storage in Wichita while visiting a relative and it was broken into causing $7,000 in damage, destruction and theft. The insurance appraiser gave approval the same day we took it for repair and GO RVing ordered the necessary parts immediately. Some of the parts were slower coming in than others, but GO RVing got us back on the road in 7 days. Very nice, competent people who want to make sure the job is done right. The appraiser was so impressed by their integrity and service that he plans to add this company to his preferred vendor list. What more can we say?cal favorite, or highly recommended because
