Great family atmosphere. My daughter and I both joined and were able to spend quality time together in the evenings, which gave my wife a break and time to relax. Master David Perreault and Master Tammy Perreault are excellent instructors who have created an atmosphere that allows those of all skill levels to learn Tae Kwon Do in a safe and fun environment. I lost nearly 40 lbs after joining. I highly recommend the school to anyone interested in not just martial arts, but also getting mentally and physically fit.

I couldn't think of any better place to send my child where I know he's safe while learning inner discipline and self-defense. If you're looking for an after-school program for your children, you want them or yourself to learn a martial art, or you just want to get in shape and have fun while doing it, Air Capital Taekwondo is the place to go. Master Perrault and his family are amazing, and what they teach about Taekwondo is top-notch. The environment is very friendly, and they have a great after-school/young children's program. As stated by another reviewer, you're not just given a belt, you have to earn it. I was a student for 6 1/2 years before having to move away, and let me tell you, this is the premier Taekwondo learning institute in the area!

There are several reasons to check out Air Capital TKD, especially for children from 6 yrs old on. Both of our kids have been part of the after school program for years, and my son and myself have been part of the evening classes as well. The training is top-notch, the environment is educational and what you expect a martial arts school to be, the cost is appropriate, and the after school program is much better than any latchkey or baby-sitter could ever be.
