Rick's Mufflers & Brakes

Absolutely the worst place to do business in Anderson or all of Madison County . He treats his customer like very poorly, doesn't finish the work on time and doesn't finish the job. When we did get our car back they didn't even bother to put it all back together. When I complained they said "I could care less." The parts are still laying in the passenger side of the car. He couldn't even be bothered to give me back the attachments so I could put the parts back on myself. If you need your vehicle to work ... don't take it to this place.

They (at least to me) are wonderful people. They (which in this crazy world) listen to you & really understand that your car is very important to you. They explain everything to you in terms you can understand. Rick himself & staff understands money doesn't grow on trees & time is important to all of their customers. I take my car to them for all of my car needs.
This was & is mt two cents worth on ricks muffler.

I have been taking my 99 F150 300,000 + miles here for years. Always friendly, takes the time to explain in detail the problem-why problem occurred and what needs to be done to repair the problem weather it be me in person or on the phone. Work has always been done correctly and had no further problems with the repairs. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for repairs. Thank you Rick and your mechanics for all you have done to help me and my family with our vehicles.

Worse place to take your car,service was terrible and took weeks to get it back,he then said he was going to start charging me a storage fee,even after I took money to him to buy the parts
