        Have done many dealing with Alaska Computer Geeks. I am not sure what these other people are talking about. They have gone out of their way to help me and my family, Along with my long time friends business needs. They have cut our monthly costs by half on internet and phone services and everything works better than ever. I do not believe that Josh or Bob would ever do the things these obvious liars are referring to.

        HORRIBLE!!! I got someone elses information!!!!

        I took in my old computer to have my information taken off the hard drive and put on my external, I got the call saying they were able to get the information off, however when I got home, my external hard drive had someone elses information on it. Pictures, tax returns, resumes, etc. I contact the other person to let them know what happened. I have no idea where my information is and am pretty sure I can't get it now since I ordered for my hard drive to be destroyed!!!! I would never, ever, ever recommend Alaska Computer Geeks to ANYONE!!!!! I hope all of my personal information was not given to a stranger!

        Horrible experience. CONSUMER BEWARE!!! I took in my old computer in along with an external hard drive to have the information taken off my hard drive and put on my external, when I got my external hard drive back it did not have any of my information on it, however it had someone else's personal files and information on it. No idea where mine ended up. Very scaring knowing a complete stranger might have all my information now. I called the other person and they are very upset as well. I would not use this company!!!!
