I recently purchased four new tires from MGM. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and the older gentleman (not sure if he is the owner) was very helpful. As a woman shopping for tires I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I will definitely return to MGM for other auto related services. I have already spread the word amongst my friends and family.

We order a new horn for our truck and we were told to wait one week. After one week, we went in and they say to check back Thursday. We went in Thursday and was told again to check back Friday. We didnt go in Friday. The following week we call again and this time we were told that the containers are backed/behind in shipping in Seattle. We have to wait another one to three weeks, if not we can get our refund back.

To start off, I HAD to give them one star because this system would not let me give no stars. If I could choose I would give minus one star. I dropped off a wheel/tire from my brand new camp trailer for flat repair. After some scheduling conflicts on my and their parts when I was able to pick it up they could not find it. After several attempts to get my wheel/tire back from them Tony (the owner of Ace Automotive) absolutely refused to address the issue with me and eventually would not return or take my calls. The only way I could get himm to answer my calls was to call from a different number each time. Tony and all of his employees have NEVER return any of my calls when I would leave a voicemail and WILL NOT call back even when they say that they will. The issue reamins unresolved and I have found that Tony practices complete avaoidance of the issue in a n effort to make it go away. I would highly recommend that you not use Ace Automotive because if there is any kind of issue I believe that you will be put on the avoid list also. I had to spend $200 plus to replace the wheel and tire that Tony and his crew lost, sold, gave away or threw away. Thanks for nothing Ace Automotive! Thanks for reading my review. Darren

I took my SUV into get a simple auto start and we received excellent customer service and the auto start works wonderfully. Military gets a discount woohoo! I highly recommend this place.

Not impressed with this place. They kept the car (2) days, not sure what (if anything) was adjusted. Never any follow up phone call letting me know what was going on, didn't get to speak directly to technician. Plenty of places do Autostarts-bottom line-go somewhere else where they care about customers

When told by Cal Worthington Ford that I would need to purchase a new autostart, MGM was suggested to me by a friend. Thank goodness for friends and MGM. They were able to get it working, while standing in 3 degree weather, in about 25 minutes ! all for $50. I have recommended MGM to many friends. If you need a baseline for what poor service truly is, drop over by Cal's and his 1 diesel mechanic might be able to see you in 10-15 days. Thanks Again MGM ! Lori

After doing lots of reserch for installation of a auto start, I asked a friend and she recommended me to MGM Auto. I was really worried, but rest asured they made sure that I understood everything, and made sure that everything was okay before we walked out the door. I would recommend MGM Auto. What a wonderful experience in customer service.

I do not recommend MGM Auto. I was treated extremely poorly when I had to bring my transmitter in for repairs. I had two that were in bad shape. The owner said he could fix one of them and said it'd be $50. I winced and paid the man. The transmitter for my auto start is hard to live without, but the next day it was acting the same as it was before--draining the battery in about a day. I brought it back and he asserted that he did not say he could fix it, but that I could use the money towards a new one or a whole new auto start system. I said that I would eventually but that I would like my money back at this time. He said he didn't like my attitude and said that I would not get my money back and that he would refuse service to me in the future. I was shocked. He gave me some more tongue lashing about how I abuse my stuff, gave me a new transmitter and told me never to come back, because my warantee was void now. Steer clear of this guy and his store.

A military co-worker recommended MGM Automotive to me after he had an autostart installed in his wife's car. Another co-worker showed me the pamphlet after she purchased her autostart from MGM. Now, I recommend MGM Automotive to all of my friends because of their professionalism and prompt quality service. The fact that the owner is a military veteran is also a plus.
