Overall

I wish there was an option for negative stars because that's what this place deserves. The woman at the desk are SO INCREDIBLY RUDE, I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my entire life, I couldn't beleive it. This is by far the least professional office I have ever done business with. When I called with a quiestion after my first appointment the woman answered the phone "hello?" with an uninviting tone so i asked "I'm sorry, is this Express Medical?" and she replied "Yeah, what do you need" with an attitude! I was shocked! Then I asked the question (simple question, if something was faxed to my insurance) and she put me on hold for almost 10 minutes, so I hung up. I called back and said I was on hold for 10 minutes and no one had any idea what I was talking about, so I started over with the next employee. Then she told me to hold on and came back 2 minutes later with a generic BS answer which I knew meant that she has no idea if it was done or not. Then she put me on the phone with another woman who was clearly the mentor for the other ones because she was the worst of all! I once again started to ask if the form was sent but before I began i said "Okay, let me start again" and she cut me off by saying "Listen little girl, I don't know who you talked to but we sent it over on .... (etc etc.) I could not beleive she just called me, a grown woman, a little girl and started yelling at me! I started to tell her that it was her office that told me to call and follow up and that is exactly what I was doing and told her that I have never witnessed a more unprofessional place of business in my entire life and she didn't want to hear what I was saying and just put me on hold without even telling me, for another 10 minutes. I was driving so I just stayed on the phone. Finally, someone else picks up the phone and says "Hello.. Miss? Hello?" I didn't answer right away because I hit the mute button by accident and as soon as I didn't answer immediately I heard the other animal in the background saying "Just hang up, hang up, hang up" so she hung up. I don't think anyone has ever made me more Irate in my entire life, especially a bunch of incompetent low lifes who are so miserable with their own lives that they try and make everyone else around them feel the same way, it's sad actually.. It was absolutely unbeleiveable. I needed to cool off so i didn't call back that night. Instead, I called the next day and left a message with someone at the front desk asking for one of the doctors to call me back. I wanted to tell the doctor about the terrible experience and find out if he has any idea how these woman are treating their patients, and I wanted to still find out the answer to my original question. Needless to say, the doctor never called me back. This was my first time there and I am looking for another office to continue my treatment. I am not going to put my health in the hands of doctors that would allow this kind of out of control behavior in their office! Do not go to this office!
