Melissa can look at a person and "see" what would look good on them the way a good interior designer can look at a shabby room and just know how to perk it up. After selecting a look, she was very honest about how what it would take to get it and then worked with me to make sure I could recreate it at home. She is up front about the cost if there is extra product needed so you won't have any surprises at the end. I can't speak highly enough of her. She also does those nice extra touches--scalp massage before your shampoo, lotion on your hands and lip balm on your lips while your conditioner soaks in under a hot towel--that make you feel pampered. Whether you want a new look or just a trim, she's great!
