Far-Infrared Sauna
It's not glamorous, but you will certainly Feel the effects of this intense Full body Sweat. Sessions last up to 30 minutes, depending upon individual tolerance levels.This one-person sauna enclosure zips up to your neck. As you sit and let your body absorb this deep-penetrating heat, you will be breathing the moderate, room-temperature air outside the enclosure. For your comfort and convenience, there are two openings for your hands so that you can multi-task should you feel the need. Clients who have used this service report improvement in a wide array of conditions: Reynaud Syndrome/poor circulation - Insomnia - Chronic muscle pain and stiffness - Weight management. Regular/repeated use of this device tends to enhance the effects. Things you should know prior to booking this service: If you are on medication, the use of a sauna may alter the effects of your medication(s). If you have heart disease, diabetes, a medical device such as a pace maker, or another chronic health concern, please consult your doctor before scheduling this service.
