John Walters Photography

WOW, I can't believe the other review said what she said! John did my daughters wedding and he is the best most professional photographers I have seen. I have seen alot I have had four weddings, and worked with weddings for awhile now. He knows what he is doing and is very quick at what he does not wanting to take away from the couples day. He is top of his field and always stays up to date on wedding photography. He is never boring and has a great personality. I have however seen couples who are late, and never where they are suppose to be which takes away time and puts every one behind and maybe then you can't get everything in. As far as seeing the groom, a photographer has to step out in front to get the shot and he then jumps back. I would ask anyone needing a photographer to stop by his studio and talk to him and see his work. I bet if he did not take all those shots, then the bride would be saying oh he did not even take hardly any pictures!P.S.I also have lots of friends that have used John Walters and they also loved his work. This photographer ruined important memories of our wedding. Whenever I thought about walking down the aisle I always imaged the first person I would see would be my future husband's face. Instead I saw the face of John Walters the photographer. I had stopped at the spot he told me to stop to take the picture then I started walking but he wouldn't get out of my way I tried to look around him to see my groom put he was practically in my face. I was pissed! And since I was pissed those pictures he was trying to take turn out like crap. From there it got worse. He is terrible with children, he actually advised us not to take pictures with all of my nieces and nephews who were all in the wedding! The one thing we asked for after he asked if we had any pictures that we wanted was a picture in front of the church we got married at on the steps, which wasn't taken. He has horrible breath which I know says nothing of his skill as a photographer, but it did make him very unpleasant to be around, and he takes forever to take one picture which kept us from our reception. He took rigid unimaginative photos as well as popped into almost every aspect of our reception, stopping the best man's and maid of honor's toasts as he rushed to the stage to take a photo of us all just before the speeches were given...and then another and he took his time taking at least 3 or 4 photos completely ruining the excitement of the toasts to come. He took from us sacred moments from our wedding. I do not recommend this photographer.
