IF YOU VALUE YOUR PET, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My dog was sick. She had been seen at All Creatures for two years, so we naturally that we took her to a vet that knows her. She was throwing up all day long and we were concerned. They kept her all day long, racked up a bill of over $1,000 for a one day stay. They gave us an OK bill of health and told us to take our dog home.

After another day of nothing but my dog vomiting up her food, we took her to the Emergency Clinic on Mission/Ruby. The doctor there told us that our dog was extremely sick and had to repeat the X-Rays that we had already paid for at all creatures.

Long story short, this clinic is incapable of caring for your animals short of administering annual shots. They sent our dog home with a clean bill of health without knowing that she would not survive the weekend. Completely incompetent, and not worthy of the title of Veterinary Doctor.

After a thorough examination at the Emergency Clinic, by QUALIFIED AND COMPETENT DVM's, our dog is now back home and well.

In case you are wondering what was done, and what was missed by All Creatures.... They took X-Rays of our dog and told us that they were NORMAL. Meanwhile, our dog had severe pneumonia and her lungs were full of fluid. Thanks to the people at the Emergency Clinic, we were able to nurse our baby back to health and she is now doing well.

To make things even worse, we got a call today by All Creatures threatening to take us to collections for the bill.

If you value the health of your pet.... DO NOT TAKE HIM OR HER TO ALL CREATURES. This is a hack veterinary clinic that should have their license to practice revoked.

Professionalism

I took my Dog there to have surgery Because he tore his ACL. Three days later I had to have him put to sleep. Fluid filled up in his lungs and around his heart. He had trouble breathing after surgery I could only guess the Breathing tube did some damage but I couldn't prove it. He was healthy before I took him now he's dead. Never will I take my other pets there again.

Very Poor Service

I had to take my dog for an emergancy visit. My sister called the vet at 7:43 this was time stamped on our cell phone we arrived at 8:30. My dog could hardly breathe and the vet had left. They could have contacted me to let me know for it takes about 45 min drive this was time wasted and prolonged my dog being treated. When we called to find out where they were the person who answered the phone was very rude and stated that the vet waited for an hour and even gave us 5 min more then left. i would have loved a phone call so i could have found alternate care for my dog. Now because of the time delay which to me another 45 min to get to another vet he possibly might have permant damage. the Staff is rud and uncaring and i feel when a place advertises that they are compassionate, and provide friendly, informative and supportive service for you and your pet. They fell way short this was one of the most horrible experience i have had in my life. Our dog who is like a child to us had to suffer until we were able to get him care. I for one would advise anyone thinking of going here don't. they do not care about your animal they also would not give me any tips in helping us sustain our dogs life until we could get him help. Thank God for Red Bank Vet they saved him no thanks to All Creatures. A word of advise look at thier BBB Rating it is an F.

yes - my associates waited for over an hour after working 12. Then she, Dr Corman, had staff member call th3 number we had and person got an attitude, screamed obsscenities, and hung up phone. She waited a little longer and left. Glad they went elsewhere, wwe didnt need the stressed pet owwner attitude on us when we were trying to help. We offer an affordable alternative to an emergency clinic being open 7 days week and having Drs available AFTER HOURS. But we are not staffed 24 hours, or do we claim to be. However, we have saved hundreds of lives that would never have been treated by any of the alternatives in Cincinnati.
