My husband and I have been going here for years. So I decided to try them for altering my daughters's dress. I had her try it on. Figured on taking it in, cleaning it and hemming. Total charge was going to be $60. After a lengthy discussion, I decided to skip the $26 hemming. Just picked it up.. It was hemmed! And the woman/employee/ owner gave no offer of miscommunication or apologies.. Only annoyance and attitude. I paid .. No apologies again.. No words. We will not be back.

Does not have clothes done when promised and then says that customer is bothering them when customer tries to find out when the clothes will be ready for pick up. Does not credit the cost of the service when the delivery timing is not met and then makes insulting comments when customer communicates expectation of no charge.



Owner has poor business sense!
