Tangeman Appliance Repair

I would absolutely NOT recommend this appliance repair company. My husband made an appointment to repair our Samsung refrigerator. The FIRST appointment we made was for a Tuesday between 10 am and noon. I had to be ready for work at 2:00 pm, so I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of the repair person. I was sitting in my living room, watching TV, within view of my front door. 10 am passes, 11 am passes, finally after noon I text my husband to tell him no one showed and I had to get ready for work. As I am stepping out of the shower at 1 pm I hear the doorbell ring. I refused to answer as they were now over an hour late and I was in a towel needing to get ready for work. Fast forward to today. Another appointment was made. I'm at home all morning when suddenly I hear my doorbell ring. Before I can even get the door open, a large man starts yelling at me that he had been standing there for 20 minutes. He didn't identify himself, although I saw his car parked on the street. I said, I'm sorry but this is the first time you rang the doorbell. I can hear my doorbell throughout the house, it's not a mansion. He continues, I had to call your husband. Again, I've been here all morning - oh, and by the way I was also here for the original appointment for which you were an hour late. He then proceeds to lie saying he was here at noon. I corrected him saying I have text messages that show he absolutely was not, but he claims he "writes everything down" so that should prove he was on time. Mind you the entire time this man is yelling. At this point there is no way I am letting this man in my home. I'm home alone and he is irate. I told him I was not prepared to let him in and he left. Ridiculous behavior!
