Like so many people before me, this business is a pure joke. I should have and WILL from now on should have read the reviews first....😩
I paid him (Matt) $600 for repair my tv in September 2017 after he assured me I have a better tv than what is being made today and after he replaces the bad part it should last as long or longer than a new one since this was a better built tv. Well..... 5 months later the tv started doing the very same thing it was doing back in September. I contacted Matt he said he understood that I would be upset and he would come pick up the tv and check it out. He said he would not charge me for service, just for parts. Well.... he picked up the tv and charged me a service call, he said the owner would get mad if he didn’t but he would do the rest on his time for free.....btw.... he is the owner come to find out!!!
He used the.... oh my boss excuse several time during the THREE yes THREE months it took to get my tv back!!!! OMG.... the lies I heard from this guy was amazing. I honestly thought I was on that old show “ candid camera”. Way to many for me to tell here.
I’m just saying...... BUYER BEWARE!!!
This guy Matt is a flake.
Oh one more thing though. Today when he finally brought it back he said, “ this tv is on the, “no repair list”.... lmao. Yes he did.... after that big spill about what a great tv I have and it’s worth the $600 to fix it.

When my 55" was unrepairable, A/V suggested a new model. The technician delivered, installed, and set up the TV. Price was comparable to big box stores.



Love customer service in an Amazon world. Nothing beats hands on.

Every review I have read so far is right on the mark. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a repair that was supposed to take a few days. Tells me hard had to order all kinds of extra parts, and he has put in all of this work and it has all of these extra problems. The guy has been a lying flake the entire time. After reading that he is doing the exact same thing to others, I can only assume he is running some type of scam. I'm trying to get some of my payment back and I'm going to give this thief all kinds of hell till I get refunded. F this place.

Buyer BEWARE! I sent my 50' for repair and technician said it would be ready by the following week. Next week rolls in and I have not heard anything. I call him and he says it will be another week because he had to order a part. Next week rolls in the same thing , said the part just came in and is going to try and put the part in the next morning. Call the FOLLOWING week and said the part does not work, said the panel is out and will have to get a new panel. I said you said it was the Video Scan Cir. that needed to be replaced? He said oh I didnt tell you , your panel needs to be replaced at this point I told him to bring my TV back, he gets defensive how he's been trying to repair it and allow him to keep it another week or should I say A MONTH!! The 4th week goes by and he said he cant fix it he will have to bring my broken set back and still charge me $105. WORSE BUSINESS TRANSACTION EVER!!!

I called this location to get my 55" TV fixed and it started off good but did not end well. The guy came over and diagnosed my television and I was told it was some type of power board issue or something . I questioned the time frame to fix the issue and was told between a couple of days to a week. After a few days of not hearing from these people, I called to check the status and was told he was waiting on a part and should take a couple more days. So a few more days passed and still no call from the guy. I called again and was told he just now got the part for my TV and is working on it now but everything looked good. After TWO WEEKS have now passed I called again and let him know how frustrated I was that I still did not have my TV and that I was not getting calls from them to give me a status on my television. He explained they don't call the customers with a status update that they wait till the job is finished then they call. Then to make matters worse he tells me they have to order another part for my TV so it's going to take longer. At this point I'm furious I abruptly tell him to get whatever part he need to fix my TV and get it done. That was a Friday right???? Well The following Thursday comes and still no call from this man and AGAIN I had to initiate the call. I call him and he claims the part have still not come in but should be there in the morning. The guy was very sarcastic with me and the customer service at this place is HORRIBLE!!!!Please beware of this company...Oh so nearly 3 weeks later I finally got my TV back.....BEWARE!!!!!!

The worst customer service and very slow repair work.

They have had my TV for 10 months and it is still not fixed. Every time I try to call them "no one will talk with me"I have tried to go down to the business and still, all the information the front clerk will give me is there is no one there right now for me to talk to. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Fort Worth,TX.
