Must be a competitor that wrote the other review. What a joke. BestBridalPrices.com is a fantastic web site. Awesome staff and great customer service. Their store is beautiful! plus, they give you $170 of free accessories with the purchase of a gown. Nobody else does that.

Do not order anything from Best Bridal Prices.com unless you want to wait months for it to come in. 10 Days after my veil was supposed to be at my house, I had to contact BBP to find out where it was. Apparently the veil did not even ship from the company that made it yet, and they were not willing to give me an estimate of when my already late veil would be in. I was not eligible for a refund for the price of the veil or the rush shipping that I paid for because only being 10 days late was not late enough for BBP to issue a refund and because they claim it is the manufacturer's fault. Luckily, I ordered far in advance of my wedding, but I have to reschedule my hair appointment. With so many other things going on, it is a huge disappointment to be stressed out over a veil that was ordered in plenty of time.
