I believe mathew said it the best....I have always got great deals on tourico and they do have live people to speak to FYI.......a thing in the past for most companys

To everyone who is under 34th assumption that Tourico Holidays is a scam...it's not! At the end of the day the company has rules and regulations with hotels that they must abide by. I certainly do believe that as a company they've grown profusely, and they certainly stepped up so much. If you want awesome rates for hotels around the world, do come and check them out. They get too much of a bad rep, when in actuality there's plenty of people who work there who do their best to accommodate all needs for their guests. This is a company where you get to speak with people, not robots! There are genuine, passionate people who are there ready to be at your service 24/7.

This place is horrible…..... DO NOT USE THEM.... They are dishonest and rip you off and then when you call they are rude as ever!!!!!!! Stay away from them or you will get screwed over!!!!!!!!!

I used to work for this company and they are the most horrible and criminal people ever. To all costumers, hotels and suppliers, stay far far away. They don't pay their suppliers for months at a time and will do anything to destroy your rates and reputation!

I read all of the negative reviews and it would not be fair if I didn't chime in. I recently booked a trip to Grand Bahama through Tourico and did not have one problem. The Vision Airlines flights there on (2/13/12) and back home on (2/17/12), shuttle service to the hotel and back to the airport plus the reservations at the Grand Lucayan were all better than expected. I guess the agent you work with makes all the difference in the world, so a big thanx to you Julie B!

They are horrible! I have never used them to make a reservation, but I have had to work with them. I run a hotel and a few months ago they sent me a fax saying a client of theirs had a reservation (I had nothing). It was a very busy weekend and rooms were selling over $150. I talked to my boss about it and they said to go ahead and honor the rate of $77. I took care of this for Tourico in a matter of minutes. Now I am trying to get their correct mailing address to send them an invoice and have been on hold or disconnected continuosly for the last 2 hours. They should never be used. Even third parties (expedia, travelocity) are rip offs. They will typically charge you more than what you can get at the hotel and then the hotel losses money. Just go straight to the source! Oh and they don't even deserve one star but it made me select some.

This company is a scam! We booked a hotel on one of their websites for New Years Eve, but when we showed up to the hotel we were informed that we did not have a reservation. We made many attempts to contact the company and could never get past the automated system. They charged our card, took our money and almost ruined our New Years Eve. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! And do not use Kayak.com, because that's how I was linked up with this companies fraudulent website!

I had a very bad experence with them.



We were in the middle of our honeymoon and 2 days before we were arriving to our second destination (the only one we booked with them) they sent us an email saying it was cancelled, with no explanation.

We booked it months in advanced.

They're the most unprofessional travel agency (if it's so) I've ever run into.

On the other hand, we tried to speak to a supervisor and they didn't want to, we had to wait for 2 hours in the phone to, finally, getting a "your reservation was cancelled" with no more explanation.



Thank goodness we had an smartphone and we saw the email in the middle of our honeymoon. We went to an internet cafeteria and booked with HOTELS.COM our great hotel.



Seriously don't risk, they are fraudulent for sure!!!!!!!!!
