Lawyers Advantage Title Group

Great title company. The staff is helpful. The attorney is very knowledgeable. I would recommend without reservation.

If there was an option as a "-0" (minus zero) I would rather pick that option. Lawyers Advantage Title Group - is so irresponsible. I'm having so much problems with them. There are so many major issues that I'm experiencing now with that agency.

The first issues that I faced because of them was that my contract was almost canceled because the agent forgot to send me the paperwork that I had to sign for the seller and since the seller had never received the required documentation, my contract was almost withdrawn and I had only 2 hours to complete all the necessary paperwork (usually the frame time for that is 1 week) and I was lucky that the title company is located next to me, what if it was located in different city or state. Another problem, the agent forgot to submit a deposit check, than the extension for the contract. It's a disaster!!!! I'm so speechless. And if I need to talk to the agent she is never there or busy or in the bathroom or whatever you name it. She is everywhere, but her office. There is only one word for their service HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lawyers advantage Title Group was the group that did the closing of a home I purchased in August 2009. The closing was done at my home. I paid for Title Insurance, etc. They never sent me a Recorded Deed, No Title Insurance Policy was sent to me even though it was all paid for. I was told at the closing these items would be mailed to me. For months I have been calling them trying to find out why I have not received these items. I am told that the person who handled this case was not in the office and would call me. Not one phone call have I ever received. I have emailed them with out a responce. This Title Group is not listed with the Better Business Bureau. I don't know if they even obtained a Title Policy
