Selection was great, so many different options for anything not just furniture. Mika was fantastic! She helped me pick out the perfect sofa and a new mattress. Picking out a sofa is easy but a mattress is a different story and she helped me through the whole process of finding the one that was best for me. I would highly recommend this Ashley’s HomeStore to anyone looking for new furniture with great service.

I went to the store on a limited budget, and both Mr. Kevin Schmieder and Ms. Nancy Triola were very helpful, offering me great prices, discounts and options so that I could purchase all the items I needed. In fact, I was able to purchase more items than I expected. I am very pleased and satisfied with the excellent service I received from these two people. In the future, I would definitely return to this store to buy more furniture.

On 5/7/08 I went to exchange a night table due to wrong color the item was not damage. Their greeted me was six guys standing around doing nothing. One of the salesmen approached us and I explained why I was there. In return he instructed me to the help desk . I spoke with the person at the help desk and I told her that I had spoken with a manger and he agreed that I could come in and exchange the night table. It all went down hill from there. She inform me that the manger was not their but a note was left stating that I was coming in. She tried to notify warehouse to get some help. No one was able to assist her or us with this. After no help was avaiable at the warehouse she did try and get help from one of the gentleman's on the floor to assist us. No one would help. I did bring a guy with me to help so all we needed was alittle assists as to get it off the truck. As my neihbor and his wife and myself struggle to get this item off his truck everyone inside the store watched peering out the window like it was a movie. Me and my sister have spent over 7,000.00 in this store. in one setting . It was just awful, awful.......... I have never been so disgusted in all my life. But when it was time to take my money it was all smiles and common courtesy. Then when I tried to notify the manger of what had taken place he was unconcern, inconsiderate and very arrogant about the whole matter. This is not the type of service that the public is looking for and I will not be recommending any of my families or friends to this store. It was an horrible experince and I was really excited about purchasing my bedroom set. This experience has dampen my spirit. Im truly thinking about returning all items purchased. BAD CUSTOMER SREVICE
