This establishment is highly inefficient and unprofessional. We had decided to start taking our dog to them because they advertised cheaper prices. Well, you certainly get what you pay for!
Our first visit there, the staff complained, in front of us, about how they were upset to be asked to stay past their shift. We found this very unprofessional and unwelcoming.
We continued to take our dog to them, hoping to find an answer to his constant itching. Finally, I did some research and found that the next step should have been to do a biopsy, rather than to continue to throw drugs at it. So, after I suggested that, the vet proceeded to do just that.
They assured us that it was not a big deal and that it was an easy procedure. They then returned our dog to us all chopped up. No one could believe that they had taken such huge chunks out of him! They cut so deeply, he had white cartilage visible on one of the incisions. And they took the biopsies from areas where he easially scratched the stitches out with us back paws. Didn't make much sense to us. They told us to put a cone on him. Well, that did nothing for his back paws! Why would they even take from those areas?!
They told us that the results would be in in 3-4 weeks. TWO MONTHS later, they have been telling us that they will call us and let us know something. They have not. Each time we have spoke to them, we have had to contact them our selves. Now they are saying that the "lab" lost the biopsy, and they will have to let us know what they vet wants to do. Meanwhile, we have already paid all the money, have no results, and they have not been the least bit apologetic! Hundreds of dollars down the drain, and no results!!
Now they probably are going to want to chop our dog up again!!!! If you are the type of pet owner that loves your pet like a family member, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THEM!!!!!!! If you want your pet to be treated as insignificant and well, like an animal. Go ahead!
The rudest part is that they are basically avoiding us. ANd when we went in 'in person' (after 8 weeks), they lied to us and tried to cover, saying that sometimes the lab takes 8-10 weeks. Which is it??? 3-4 weeks? Or 8-10 weeks???

DO NOT USE THIS VET if you love your pets. This vet completely misdiagnosed my cat with an intestinal obstruction when his xrays clearly show kidney stones. Thank goodness I took my cat to another vet where I got a correct diagnosis. I made a complaint and asked for a refund since I had to go elsewhere for a correct diagnosis and the only response I got was "sorry". I can understand if it was a complicated case, but the xrays are clear. This facility is completely unprofessional and unqualified. Do not chance it, take your pet to a knowledgeable vet!

I took my dogie Bella there for the first time 2 weeks ago, at first i was a little hesitant because i had not heard too much about them and there where only 4 review on Google, 2 bad and 2 good. Because i could no longer afford Banfield pet hospital, i took her there for her yearly shots, heart worm test and prevention pills, as well as a sedative for a 6 hour airplane ride. I gotta say the service was amazing, they were very kind to us and i got everything i needed, a doctors exam, blood test, sedatives and also a 6 month heartworm prevention pack for 131.00. Other vet i tried wanted close to 300.00, which as a full time student i could not afford. I highly recommend them to all my friends and wish you best of luck with your baby pets :O)

I am a breeder and always bring my pets to this vet for puppy shots and for care of my pregnant females. They are always polite, quick and I have had no problems with them. The place is small but the prices are super low. Where else can you get vaccines dewormer and an exam for only $30 for puppies? I love this place and will continue to go to them. Highly recomended.
