Taylor Brooks Salon & Spa

I moved here from Louisiana going on five years. I tried a couple of other hair salons but to no avail. I finally just Googled and found Amber with Taylor Brooks Hair Salon. She is absolutely Awesome! She is very experienced and it shows in her work! She always listens, makes suggestions and I always walk out feeling great! She is consistently learning new techniques to polish her craft and stay up to date with ways to make her clients look better.

The staff is friendly, professional and always there to help make better their client's experience a smooth one.

I would definitely recommend Amber and Taylor Brooks Hair Salon and would give them more than five stars if I could.

Worst hair experience at Taylor Brooks! Went to Natasha and she made a mess of my highlights. I paid full price $133.00 plus $20.00 tip and she knew the color was not right. I asked her if she was going to fix it and she said "she tried" and gladly took my money and didn't apologize. I was at Taylor Brooks 4 hours for a simple highlight that was not done. She said I could book another appointment and pay for her "to try again". So I paid for hair trim and tip $63 and off color highlights $153.00. In the last two weeks I paid $216.00 for hair that looks like pine straw and ugly. I called the salon and they didn't offer a discount or color correction. I had to pay if I wanted the color corrected. NO THANKS! I already paid full price on two hair services and there was a $10.00 off for first time clients that I was not offered. Taylor Brooks tries to be a Buckhead high end salon but they are just snippy and can't do basic highlights. They are happy to take your money and not happy to help you correct the problem of a stylist named Natasha. She was a level 3 and pricey! She doesn't know what she is doing and acts like it's my problem she can't color or cut my hair. Totally unprofessional for a stylist who has been at Taylor Brooks for 12 years. And she said cussed about my hair while I sat in her chair. They are RIP OFF ARTIST'S and their "salon" is not the place you go if you want an acceptable outcome. Throw your money at the door and it will serve the same purpose of sitting through 4 hours of mass destruction of hair!!!!!!!
