This place is second rate. After trying to deposit a refund check,it bounced. This caused us to be charged a $10.00 fee by our bank. After much back and forth with the billing department, we were informed that the refund was meant to go to our medical program, but we would receive a check for the $10.00 fee. We are still waiting. How long do billing departments give you when you owe them? I bet they would be hounding me by now if I owed them. Endo-choice get your billing dept. in line!
