        Melissa was our waitress. She had no personality & less skills at being a server. 20 mins for our drinks to come.We ordered pretzel bites & the little rascal appetizer. It took 45 mins to get the appetizers. I had to go to the bar for silverware & napkins. Appetizers were great. I had to ask for refills on our drinks. Our meals came BBQ pulled pork sandwich w/ fries & 16" pizza. The pizza was soggy & tasted reheated. It was awful. My husband opened up his pulled pork sandwich & couldn't believe it was dry & he was served a side of BBQ sauce to dump on it. His fries were cold also. He ate a few bites & could do no more. The restrooms need some serious attention. they smell like week old urine & didn't look clean. I refused to use them. The bill came to $58 & I left a $6 tip. I always tip 20% no matter how bad the food is but this waitress was awful. Is this place under new ownership? Someone needs to take pride in their business because I don't see rascals being open much longer.

        I go to Rascal's A LOT and I love it there! The food is great, and the arcade is fun and clean! It's like Dave and Busters, but more kid-friendly.I love it and would reccomend it to anyone!

        Found this place to be very customer UNfriendly. We were told we would have to wait 20 minutes for a table. We waited 40 and then were told the people sitting in the seats were not getting up because their kids were out playing in the gameroom and we were told we would have to wait and that is just how it is around here. We will NEVER step a foot in this sorry excuse for a restaurant or is it a big and little childs playroom.

        I am a former employee and Rascals was BY FAR the worst resturant I have ever worked at. The managment was the worst I ever seen, the food was trash, the servers were mean and not friendly. they lied about raises and wages and when I left they tried not to pay me for my last week of work. I could go on and on..... DONT GO TO RASCALS

        My daughter brought me dinner which consisted of crab cakes, mashed potatoes and cole slaw. It was the worst meal I have ever tried to consume. Would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

        Family entertainment

        Rascals provides fun and entertainment for the entire family. Kids and adults alike can participate in the games and activities. If you get hungry you can either grap a snack near the games or go to the other side and enjoy a quality meal at the restuarant. The seating in the restaurant is not crowded and there are televisions to enjoy the games. The wait staff are friendly and efficient. I had a blast taking my 5 year old daughter there and will be taking my wife along as well in future visits.

        The "fun" side of things gets very expensive very quickly. While it is supposedly geared towards adults and kids, there it not much for adults to do aside from have a drink at the bar. They could really use some more video games (instead of the token/ticket-based kid games), and perhaps more bar games (foosball, shufflepuck, darts, etc) The food side served up some pretty good dishes, but took forever to serve us and was a little overpriced for what you got.
