Worst customer service ever!! Drove all the way there only to be turned away at the door due to the fact that we didn't have an appointment. I would not recommend this store to anyone, we weren't even able to look around, and there were no other customers in the store. I wish I could give no stars!

The worst customer service I ever experienced! I was hoping for a fun day with my friend to look for a dress for my daughter's wedding, but the rude, unprofessional salesperson ruined it. She was rude and condescending. She told me that I was too ealry to be looking for a dress for my daughter's May wedding. I said I was interested a tea-length dress, and she said that there was no such thing- really?! when I found 3 dresses I wanted to try on, she took two of them away from me and hung them back up and would not let me try them on! How does this place stay in business? I was always taught that the customer is always right, but apparently this lady didn't get the memo on that one. I will never go back to this store again.

I agree with Mallory completely! My grandmother had the same experience! She went to this store for a dress for my cousin's wedding and asked them to show her some dresses that are cheerful looking. The sales woman was so rude, she showed her only black outfits (for a June wedding) and told my grandmother that brighter colors don't look good on heavy people! (My grandmother isn't even that overweight, not that it matters because that's still something that most sales people would never say to a customer who's going to spend money in their store) I've never heard of a sales person being so desperate to lose customers. I hope this place goes out of business!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My mother and I went shopping here for a mother of the bride dress and had a terrible experience. Not only were the saleswomen rude, but they made several comments about my mother's size. If a dress did not fit her the woman would loudly exclaim, "this is too small, you need a larger size!" and would then insist that she take it off immediately. They also told her to put the dresses on over her head and would peek into the dressing room repeatedly to make sure that she was doing as they demanded. Then I decided to bring a red dress over for my mother to try, and the older woman immediately took it from me and told us that it was not appropriate for a mother of the bride and that she couldn't try it on. My mother then asked nicely if she wouldn't mind letting her try it to look at the style and the woman said, "I DO mind!!! You cannot try it!" We then left because we were so disgusted by how rude and awful this saleswoman was. My mother and I were shocked at how poorly we were treated in this store and will never be going back.



I would recommend that anyone interested in going here think twice about it and go somewhere where they will actually treat you like a human being.
