        In addition to the types of cases I listed in greater detail throughout the site, I also practice in several other areas of law. For example, I also handle estate planning and estate administration. I actually offer a special discount of $125.00 for preparation of a Will, Living Will and Power of Attorney. I handle Workers Compensation and Social Security and Disability cases as well. Many times these cases are very similar to the personal injury cases I do. I have also prevailed in many Unemployment Compensation claims. Even if you quit your job, you should talk to me before you file (or decline to file) a claim. Most likely even if the employer fights your claim we can get you some entitlement. I can also assist you with Real Estate questions and Landlord Tenant issues. I have represented both landlords and tenants so I am familiar with the responsibilities of each party. Most of these cases do not result in legal fees of more than a few hundred dollars. It is rare that an attorney of my experience will accept these types of cases. However, my philosophy is that today's landlord tenant case could be tomorrow's large personal injury case.         As another post stated, he talks a BIG game. When you hand over your money, he disappears. Once in a while he resurfaces and needs all the details of the case again because he's lost all the paperwork and doesn't actually remember who you are or what's going on. He will never ever call you back even after you leave multiple messages. He'll only speak to you if he accidentally manages to answer the phone when you call and then will act like he was just getting ready to call you. This happened to me after my case had been sitting on his desk for 7 months. He met with me that day and said it would all be finished within the month. That was years ago. I still haven't heard back from him. I truly believe that any of the positive feedback he's received was written by himself (On one site I saw a review that commented on his "handsome appearance." Come on! Who writes that in an attorney review?)

        reasonable rates for such a good job

        I would recommend Jason Jenkins for several reasons. He was really good about answering all of my wife's questions, which she always had plenty of. Additionally, his in-court presence was amazing. In my business I've worked with many different attorneys and some have "it" and some don't. Jenkins has it! Jason was able to articulate our position clearly and convincingly. He was well prepared and he made sure that we were well prepared. Most importantly, when we got his bill it was very reasonable. He did not charge us for every little phone call or email. I have absolutely no complaints.

        I was really nervous about my arrest. I had never been in trouble before. Most places I called I couldn't even get a lawyer to speak to me. Thankfully Attorney Jenkins took the time to explain everything to me. I knew what to expect every step of the way. His website is amazing! It really helped me learn the information I needed so that I could make the most out of our free meeting. My case turned out really well. I would recommend his firm.

        Jason really went out of his way to make me feel comfortable at all stages of my case. When I needed to speak with him, he returned all of my calls within 24 hours, something my previous lawyer never did. He explained each and every step of the legal process to me in a manner that I could really understand. He was also very affordable and set up a payment plan to help my budget.
