When the staff makes a verbal promise their solution is to ignore a 8 year patient and send them to a agency that is just unfair. I wouldn't recommend this facility.

I didn't receive good service from front desk personnel. I arrived early for my scheduled appt., yet I waited for about 40min until I was called. The Hygienist I had didn't professionally communicate well, huffed and puffed as if she was aggravated. I requested for my dental xray and I have to pay a fee. I was informed to bring a note requesting/authorizing for the release. I guess front desk don't keep "Release Forms" for patients to sign. Poor patient care/customer service.

I am nervous by nature in a dentist's office, but I was so pleasantly welcomed by everyone in the group that I felt at ease!! Everyone--from the girl who took the appointment--to the oral surgeon, was so pleasant. Nobody was condescending-nor criticizing. The name of the group is appropriate as it almost felt like "family"! I would recommend this group to any of my friends...Thanks for the great service and reassurance of my fears!! Doreen E. Mayo

I am an ongoing dental patient there most was general dentistry performed. Ive been very happy so far with the services which is very efficient and friendly. The workers are professional very helpful and accommodating when it comes to scheduling or rescheduling appointments. English is my second language, but they are always very patient to me. The contact that I have made through the years at that office they have been positive and professional. The dental hygienists there are easy to get along with and again very accommodating. Thank you very much.

Took my 3-year old to see Dr. Ramirez today because of a chipped tooth. Even though this office typically doesn't see children until the age of 4, they were great with her. When my daughter felt shy and tried to hide from the dentist, he was patient and silly with her until we got her to open her mouth. After the exam, he walked with her to see the fish tank and gave her a prize. Thank you everyone for making her 1st dental visit a happy one!

I was in there for a cleaning this week, discovered I have advanced periodontal disease, and everyone was very kind and professional in how they treated me and explained my options.

I've been going to Family Dental for about 8 years now and I don't have any complaints. My appointments are right on time and the staff is courteous. The hygienest and dentist were very friendly and made the experience smooth.

I was just there for my 6 month follow-up and it was a great experience. The hygenist was great, she was gentle and took a interest in me as a person. I didn't feel rushed or like a number. They took their time and made me feel really relaxed!

Family Dental Service is great I go there and they take good care of me they give me great tips about my braces, and make sure my teeth are clean and healthy they also have a star of the month raffel program where you can win a prize if your teeth are clean and you dont have any broken braces they also give you a care bag when you first get your braces to help you out with the first couple of weeks with your braces. Family Dental Service has taken good care of me!

I've been going to this dental office since I had braces back in middle school. They do a great job. The staff here is kind, courteous and caring. Unlike most doctor/dental's offices that I go to, the wait here is minimal. You're in to see the doctors within a couple minutes of stepping in the door.

They are the best in Allentown. My sister was going to get 8 cavties done but My dad decided lets go somewhere else so we can be sure she has cavities we came here and they said that she didn't have any cavities but beutiful teeth.

The hygienist I saw today was great! She was friendly, knowledgeable, took an interest in me as a person, and was gentle when she cleaned my teeth. The dentist I saw later was equally agreeable. I couldn't have asked for a better dental experience today!

It was my first time getting dental service from Family Dental for my oldest son and i was very please with the service provide it. The staff is really professional and the doctor very friendly.

I have been a patient at this dental office for years and all of the hygienists I have encountered at this practice have been wonderful. The dentists themselves are great and are very good with my kids.
