Pacentro's Italian Restaurant

Absolutely love this place! Great pizza and wings! My 5 year old daughter chose Pacentro's for her birthday dinner!

I had a terrible experience at the Hopewell location. I had coffee with cream and there was a few slimmy blobs of what I am told is creamer! I showed the waitress and was immediately told it was the cream and it had happened earlier this week. Why would you continue to serve bad cream? And that was all the apology I received amazing customer service !! My family will never return after our unforgettable first visit.

My fiance' and I went there two times. We wanted to like this place, but it just isn't so. They are stingy with the red sauce here. Waitresses provide mediocre service. They aren't very attentive or particularly friendly. The first time there, I ordered chicken parm (special that night). It was 2 chicken fingers atop overcooked spaghetti and not enough sauce to make the pasta even wet. When I asked for more sauce I didn't get it. I ended up taking some from my fiances calazone. My fiance ordered the steak calezone. It was okay, but we have had better. Again, she had to beg for red sauce. The 2nd visit we both had fish. It was greasier than anywhere we had it. The french fries were also greasy and tasted like fish (cooked in same grease I assume). The house salads were okay, but the ranch tasted kind of funny. I will NEVER recommend this place to anybody. Stay clear.

Pacentro's is a great addition to the area. It is such an improvement in that shopping plaza. I love the food - everything I've had there has never disappointed.

pacentros does not take reservations on weekends for several good reasons. Having a college graduation (the graduate wanted Pacentros) Guy explained that we would have a 30 min. wait. We were treated like gold! The service was great & they made sure that eveything went smoothly.Thanks to Guy & staff we had a memorable evening. By the way the food was great too! NO wonderyou have such a successful business!

My husband and I have eaten at the Pacentro's in Monaca many times, and really enjoy the entire dining experience. So since the Pacentro's in Hopewell is closer to where we live we figured we would give it a try... bad decision. Not only did it take them 5 minute to seat us, when there were open table and we were the only people waiting to be seated, the food was terrible and the waitress was completely out of it. When it was time for the check and boxes she brought us a medium sized pasta take out container for 6 slices of pizza and a pepperoni roll, there was not way the food could logically fit in the container... I went up to the register and asked a different waitress for a medium sized pizza box and waited 10 minutes for the box to arrive, which never did... I realized she wasn't going to bring me a box when I saw her standing around chatting with another waitress casually... we just left without our 3/4 of a pizza and pepperoni roll... boy, they were quick about taking our money though... almost harassing you to pay moments after they delivered the check. Bad experience.
