        They scammed me out if $200 cause they up and vanished and no one knows where robin has gone ! My husband got me $200 gift certificate, every time I tried to set anything up it was excuses. Now they have proofed and gone.

        I had a appointment on Tuesday 2/16 in the evening and it was cancelled by the salon due to weather. Rescheduled my appointment for Thursday 2/18 again for the evening. Got a call that it needed to be rescheduled. When I called I explained to Robin that I got a call to cancel my appointment today and it needed to be rescheduled for tomorrow. She stated it doesn't need to be cancelled I can still come in but can I come in tomorrow. I informed her this is the second cancellation from this salon. I will not be in need of a rescheduling I will find a salon that wants to do business. That has knowledge in customer service.

        Awful place. Rented out the whole thing for a wedding and they messed up ALL eight girls' hair. They had an attitude all day, talked about each other behind their backs, made it very awkward for us. Doubled the prices after we were already there, they were mean to the little flower girl. NEVER go there for anything, there are so many other better spas

        I give this no stars AT ALL. I paid for several gift certificates for my family for massages. They advertise on their website that they have TWO FULL TIME MASSAGE therapists on staff. That is not true. We called to have an appointment set up for a duel massage, and they had to call us back to see if the "therapists" could accomodate US. Ummm...that's not what their website advertises. Don't waste your money. I tried to get some satisfaction, but all I got was their hairdresser WHO PUT ME ON SPEAKER PHONE SO HIS "CLIENTS" COULD HEAR ME...asking for MY phone number. I told him to take me off speaker phone and if he couldn't give me the number to the manager or the owner...to have them call me back within the hour. That was two hours ago. I did warn him that the internet is a wonderful tool to tell people what kind of service they would receive.

        My first time at this salon, I came in for feather extensions. I had called ahead of time and was told they were $10 per extension and then when I went in they were now $15 and even after telling them that I was told a different amount, they would not honor it. They were out of alot of colors and had only a few colors to chose from. I asked what colors would look best and how many I should get and where I should have them placed in my hair etc and was given no help and was just told "its all up to personal preference". I wanted black and white and the only black and white they had were black down the middle and white down the sides. I have brown hair and blonde highlights so they just blend in with my hair and simply look a piece of straw or a dirty piece of hair. 2 of the them fell out within 48 hours of placement. I went back in to have them replaced and told them I was unsatisfied with the feathers and thought they werent able to be seen and blend in with my hair and asked if I could trade them for a different colored feather. I was told no, but could have them at a discounted price ($10). So I ended up paying $60 total and am still not happy with the colors and placement. Yet again, they suggested a color that not only blends in with my hair and cant be seen but it is also so short that it hides beneath my hair. And the feathers that I originally paid for only 2 days ago are not even in my hair anymore because they don't look good and I am no longer using them. Thats why I asked for a refund or exchange, but was told no. Talk about "assuring the customer is happy". Total waste of money..I would not suggest going to this salon and will not be returning myself.
