Precision Auto & Diesel

This is hands down the worst auto repair shop that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I dropped off one of my fleet vehicles and did not hear back from them for over two weeks. When I finally did hear back, it was because I physically went to the shop to ask about my truck. I was then informed that they didn't even know where it was at. After 20 minutes of walking around, their employee finally found it behind the location. It still had not even been looked at! It then took more than a week to get a diagnosis and then get it "fixed". I went to pick the truck up, then low and behold, 20 minutes later I had to bring it back for the same issue. 3 days later, it was "done" again. This "fix" lasted until the following morning. Once more I returned it. I received it back this time in only 6 hours!



One week and 80 miles later on this truck, it is back in the shop! This time, I took it directly to the dealership. I just received the diagnosis that this truck needs a motor and that the sensors that were put on were not needed!



I will never take another vehicle this "shop" again! I will pay more and get better service and better turn around time by taking my vehicles to the dealer!!
