Fradillio's Hot Dogs

STAY AWAY! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! Read why...

I must say this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! My family of 8, including my parents from out of town, came in for dinner before going to a movie. As we were waiting in line, a customer who had gone through the drive-through came back in stating that he was to receive 4 hot dogs but only got 3. The guy at the register, who we came to find out is Sal, told the customer he couldn't believe he came back for a fu**ing dollar item. That should have been our warning to walk out then. As we got to the counter, we told him that we had coupons for the gyros as well as the hot dogs. Sal kept telling us we should get the meal deals, but we explained that is not what we wanted. He then kept making comments about how cheap this meal was. Because he would not stop talking, he clearly did not listen to what we were ordering. When the food came, several items were wrong. Although according to Sal, that's exactly what we ordered. We then noticed that he clearly overcharged us. We wanted to show him that he made this mistake, by charging us for the "meals" and that we should be refunded a portion of what we paid, but he refused to even look at the receipt, telling us that we were wrong. There was a whole group of women in there for some type of gathering and they just kept watching the way Sal was treating us, with looks of horror on their faces. He was raising his voice at us and being extremely rude and belittling. Our young children were scared and not understanding what was happening because this is not typical of any restaurant that we have ever been to. Even the girls handing us our food were looking at us like, "He's at it again." When we came home we looked up the reviews of Fradillio's and saw that Sal was the owner! There were so many poor reviews about this restaurant and him in particular, we have no idea how he is still in business. Overall, this guy is a jerk. DO NOT GO TO FRADILLIO'S! OUR COMMUNITY IS BETTER OFF WITHOUT PEOPLE LIKE SAL. THIS PLACE WILL DO MUCH BETTER WITH NEW OWNERS!!!

NUMEROUS OF TIMES HAVE I ORDERED AND RECEIVED OTHER FOOD OR THINGS ON MY FOOD THAT I DIDN'T WANT. NOT TO MENTION BEING CHARGED DOUBLE FOR MY ORDER OR CHARGED FOR THINGS THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE.I'M NOT THE TYPE OF PERSON TO GET ANGRY. I JUST WANT MY FOOD SO I CAN BE SATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
