        Bad Service

        I received the worst customer service today- not only did they not "attempt" to deliver my packages like they claimed they had, they lost one. The staff & supervisor were incredibly rude & after 50 mins they only found 2 out of the 3 packages. When they called to tell me they found the 3rd I was hung up on when I asked them to deliver it! I have more packages coming and I'm hoping contacting HQ will result in them getting a more friendly staff who knows what they are doing!
