I just want to say thank you for the best service ever for the installation of two ceiling fans! The electricians were extremely nice and did a fantastic job. And the clean up left no trace of the work. Great job!

I have been in the property management business for many years and in all my dealings with contractors and technicians, I have NEVER experienced customer service as impeccable as that provided by All American Electric; this is the first review I have ever written in support of a company. The electrician who visited my house, Patrick, was one of the kindest and most competent people I have ever met. I was very interested in learning about what he was doing and he was very willing to teach me as he went along. I have no doubt that if I just wanted the problems fixed without the education, he would have been happy to oblige that posture as well. Absolutely and without reservation, I give my strongest endorsement to All American Electric. THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.

Matt and his assistant were very knowledgeable and had good customer service skills. It took them a short period of time to come and a shorter period to take care of the problem. These guys are just a perfect choice for anyone who just needs a service.

I was so impressed with the immediate service received AND the absolute courtesy. While the electrian was taking care of the job called in, I thought of several other items that should be looked at and to my surprise, no problems and no extra charges other than parts, of course. The jobs were done, area picked up, and a fair bill. All American Electric is on my "Electrician" contact list for any future jobs!

Highly recommend for great service. They were extremely responsive over the phone and proactive in their follow up. They were knowledgeable in my unique/outdated wiring request. Educated me so I understood the situation and why they made the recommendations they made. Were available with little notice and prompt on arrival, instead of having to wait home for an 8-hour window like with most companies. Id use All American Electric again, and recommend others do too.

Highly recommend for fast, friendly and expert technicians who aren't out to break homeowner's budgets, what a Concept?! One that could have saved me a lot of money and aggravation, had I found Boz's company sooner. All American Electiris he only company ill use from now on. These guys go the extra step to help and without treating me like I'm a clueless idiot. They fixed my track light that I installed myself and resolved a light switch issue in half the time it would have taken me. Because of their reasonable rates, I'm giving up my DIY habit. :) thanks Guys!

Quick, professional, competitive rates. What more could a guy ask for.

After blowing a circuit, I walked downstairs to the breaker box and reset the tripped breaker. It popped immediately and I heard arcing behind the plate cover. I called the company that had a service sticker on the door and was told I would be "put on the list" but given no guarantee of quick service. Since the arcing worried me, I called All American Electric after my new wife said she had worked with them before and had a good experience. At 5pm on Thursday I called. I was given an appointment for 9am Friday morning. Richard showed up exactly on time and removed and replaced 3 scorched breakers! While he was there I asked about troubleshooting the system since I had three outdoor outlets that were not working. In 25 minutes he had located the faulty receptical, replaced the defective parts and had me up and running in time for Christmas outdoor lighting. Very prompt, professional service with a military discount to boot. He is our defacto electrician now.

We were extremely pleased with all the work All America Electric did for us. They were in and out in an hour and solved several electrical problems that we had throughout the house efficiently, confidently and courteously.
