Village Park

This place is a joke. We have lived at Village Park for nearly 5-6 years and we have not had our fence put up alongside the home. This has been reported to have this fixed. Nothing yet. This fence is still torn down and now we have a neighbor, whose children just rip it down more. No privacy.

Yet, we as renters who pay the space rent, can't even put our own fence up for our dogs and other people who have been there can have fences. MAKES NO SENSE. Sounds like some kind of discrimination here.

Now recently, we have had people putting screws in our tires and multiple times had to have our tires fixed. Now someone is scratching or keying our vehicles.

Reported this to the Office and got a response like this, " I can only send a letter out to other tenants that this is going on. I cannot accuse other people."

Told Manager, Nobody is accusing anyone right now. Facts need to be stated that if someone is caught doing this, THEY WILL BE CHARGED. Manager says, "I cannot do that." Good for nothing place.

This place is ridiculous and would not recommend living here.

This place is a dump! The maintenence men yell at tennents trying to intimidate them so they don't have to do repairs.Office woman pretends she doesn't know anything but refuses to reveal owners of the park phone numbers so you can't complain about them.

Back in 2006 when I first moved in it was the best place to live. Peaceful calm and relaxing. But now the complete opposite. No peace of mind while there. Most people too scared to do anything do to possible complaints by manager and mostly maintenance guy. He follows you all over park if you look "suspicious". Wouldn't recommend moving here most People already left therefore leaving many lots available. If willing to deal with harassment on the daily move on in many lots available for sure.
