        Overall

        My friend and I went in to get our nails done, and the man who did them was completely unprofessional. We had to wait for 15 minutes while he hid from his supervisor to talk on his phone. Once he finally decided he was ready, I went first... he did a terrible job. He "filed" my nails--by that, I mean he filed the tips, making them flat and the rest untouched and uneven. We got Gel Nails, and they were uneven, the colors were different because he did two coats on one hand and one on the other. When he was scraping my cuticle, he made them bleed! Not even two days later, a couple of the nails just peeled off. He also made inappropriate jokes about people with autism, with made me extremely uncomfortable.

        My rating would be much lower, if it weren't that everyone else in the store was very pleasant and nice. I don't know what his name is--but he's a hairdresser. Regardless, I won't go back to him.
