Tech 505

I brought a printer to them to repair and was told that it could be difficult to repair. They worked on it and when I got it home it started acting up again. I called them and they asked me to bring it back. when I did they offered to try again to fixit and refund all of my money for the trouble. In the end they were unable to fix the printer but the offer to try again and a full refund was so good that I brought my laptop in for repair. I had taken the laptop to another repair place a few months before and it never seemed to work right. Teck505 worked on it and gave me back a like new computer for less money than I spend at the place that didn't fix it. These guys are upfront and fair. I will keep using them.

We had our computer fixed at Tech505 and we were so happy with the service that we are writing this review. I called and they were professional and sounded confident on the phone. So i took in in and they did just as they said they would and do and there were no extra hidden charges. So far so good, we will be back next time. Thank you and good luck to your business.
