We take our 3 dogs to Special Care. They always do a wonderful job grooming and handling our pets. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to the professionals at Special Care Grooming.

They provide exceptional care to my husky mix she looses massive amounts of hair and they do a great job reducing the hair I have vacuum up in my house. My girl is also not scared and up set when I pick her up they realy care about making her feel comfortable.

I never even got an appointment after trying to reacg h the business for 2 days...waste of time. The groomer said my Cocker Spaniel was not something she would work on, because cockers have ticklish feet. She only allegedly wants "perfect" pets to groom.Well, good luck lady because no let is perfect. I called and asked my vet if they thought my dog was difficult to work with and they said no. They really like my dog. But this grooming business does not apparently need business. I would never recommend Special Care to anyone for grooming, because if the pet were to show any discomfort during the process, who knows what might happen.

I found Special Care through a client of my own and tried it out. They took great care of my maltese mix! I've never seen her look so beautiful and they were compassionate and quick! This is the only place I will be bringing my dogs from now on. Highly recommended!

Best groomers in town! I have tried many other groomers and I am always impressed by Special Care Groomings customer service. My dog always ends up looking great and best if all he likes seeing his groomer! I have taken him other places and he always seemed stressed when I picked him up. I will not take my dog anywhere else.

It's funny, it's been awhile since I went to Special Care Grooming, but I had a similar bad experience. They never were done with my dog on time, once or twice they made me late to work because they'd say "oh 30 minutes more" or "oh only an hour more" and that time would just roll right by. I couldn't believe how flimsy those estimates became. They also seemed to give me fluctuating prices, which they seemed to make up on the spot however it suited them. I guess it had something to do with how dirty or how long the grooming lasted. I never understood. It's not like they had a line by line cost receipt I could look at. At first it wasn't a big deal, but it got really old eventually. I even told my veterinarian about this place the other day and he was completely shocked. He told me that it's a good thing I stopped going there, that person sounds "crazy." I decided to look them up to see how they are doing, sounds like I wasn't the only one who had a bad experience.

I've been going to special care grooming for 2 years now, and would never go anywhere else. They do great work! They may be a bit more pricey than other grooming shops, but they are well worth it. They inform customers of health issues like skin irritations or ear infections that your dog may have, and I've never known any other shop to do that. They really care about your pet. The owner is incredibly knowledgable and the staff is well trained and a pleasure to work with.

Special Care does professional, quality grooming every time I bring my dogs in. They are knowledgeable and friendly and my dogs always look great after their groom. They are not the cheapest groomers in town but at other places you definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend Special Care.

The people there know what they are doing, but that's it. They never had my dogs ready when they said they would. The lady would constantly complain about how much work it was to groom my dogs. And then the price went up every time I went. Finally she said it would be $200/dog. I never went back.
