Established in 1975, Share Your Care is a nonprofit organization that serves senior citizens with mental health conditions and developmental disabilities. The organization provides long-term care and support services for individuals with Alzheimer s disease and other dementia-related disorders. It features nutritional food, health screening and medication management programs. Share Your Care offers transportation services for outings, medical appointments and personal tasks. The organization also provides assistance with various daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, housekeeping and personal hygiene. It offers referral, respite care and therapeutic intervention services. In addition, Share Your Care provides a range of recreational activities, including music, games, dance and arts and crafts. The organization organizes field trips to zoos, museums, farms and botanical gardens.
