Scrubs Direct

Worst. Experience. Ever. As someone who lives and struggles with anxiety on a day to day basis, choosing something as simple as scrubs is usually a huge ordeal to me. Making decisions based on comfort, durability and likelyness to fade sends my head spinning and I can't focus on much of anything else and tend to get caught up in a whirlwind of thoughts. Sensing my frustration (I'm assuming) the lady at the counter has the audacity to tell me "Why are you making this so complicated?" (or something along those lines). As someone who struggles bad with anxiety this sent me through the roof. I was immediately embarassed and on the verge of tears as I was trying to explain to her that this is not an easy task for me. She totally brushed off my statement and didn't even apologize. I tried to get out of there as soon as possible so I could cry in the privacy of my car. Needless to say, even though my job is contracted through this scrub company, I will NEVER shop at this store ever again and will be purchasing my own scrubs at a different company. Everyone that asks for a recommended scrub store, I will be sure to steer them clear of this place. Maybe this is why people don't shop local that much, at least at a chain scrub store I know I'll get good customer service because they have standards. Never again will I be embarrassed because of my anxiety.

Do not buy from them. I had to place an order for scrubs through them for my work. I went to the try on that scrubs direct held and picked my size. When my scrubs arrived I found that the pants were not the same ones that I tried on as they did not fit. I did not gain weight, they were different. I contacted them to exchange for the correct size and the lady I talked with was extremely rude and was trying to find any and every reason why I couldn't exchange them. Eventually she just hung up on me. Don't buy from them because they don't care if you get what was paid for or not.
