Sandia Transportation

I have been a client of Sandia transportation agency for over a year and a half .They have been on time less then 10 percent of the time. Most of there employed drivers as well as the office staff/dispachers are extremely unprofessional, rude, uncourteous, unsafe (talking on the phone/texting while driving. In a good transportation business, if the driver is going to be late they would give you a courtesy call, not with Sandia transportation agency. They don't call you, they can't as so much have a professional decent attitude when you call to find out why your schedueled ride is an hour late! To top it off when the driver finally does get there...if they get there( there have been several times they don't come at all) they honk the horn instead of coming to the door. I would not recommend we care to anyone. I have contacted the BBB to find out that they have many more complaints from others about there unethical behavior..
