My Mechanic

Our experience with Steve was excellent. We took our car in today (no appointment) for an oil change and to diagnose the A/C. The oil change was very reasonably priced, and he made our air conditioner blow strong and cold again. It turned out it was low on frion and needed the air filter replaced. The A/C was a little pricey, but we know it’s still a lot cheaper than we could get anywhere else around here. Overall, good customsr service, especially for a walk-in on a Saturday. Definitely recommend.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Steve had the car back to us within 4 days. However he failed to fix our car correctly the first time . Whatever, people make mistakes. We took it back to him, I personally talked to Steve and he told me they would get it figured out. 30 days later I'm calling to see what the deal is? He tells me sorry the engine light is still on "I think it may be the valves" now this was the first I've heard of the valves even being in play. So I responded with "how do I register a car with the engine light on"? His response was simple, "LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO TO MAKE IT PASS EMISSIONS TEST.". 3 days later I get a call saying I got it to pass come pick up the car (engine light still on) and the emissions paper........ And now the Air conditioner (the original fix) is causing the car to surge up to 5k rpms when turned on. $1500 wasted at this place. Do yourself a favor and do not trust this shop!!!

Honest, competent, and above all reasonable prices for any and all type of work---Oil changes are prompt and professional, and diagnostics on the mark. What more could you ask for? The only place in ABQ I take my vehicles in for service! Keep up the great work!
