Before you go anywhere else and look for a cheaper, less expensive rate please read this before you do. It could save you thousands of dollars. Yes, you can find a Process Server that will charge you $20 to serve papers. Yes, they will fill out the Affidavit of Service, get it notarized and send it to you. Here's the problem. You get what you pay for ! Most tell you that they go to a location three times when they don't and then do a simple "Nail & Mail" and charge you for doing nothing. Mmportantly, some will actually fill out an Affidavit of Service even when they never served the documents! Any of these can cost you from winning your case ! So, with that being said, we take our work very seriously and go above and beyond. We do this so there is no doubt that the documents got served. Two attempts were made in a 13 day period. I called after 2 weeks to let them know I found the work place of person I needed to have served. They did serve papers within 30 min. Or at least that was what I was told. A week goes by, Affidavit of Service hadn't been sent. Called again. Was told they'd mail it that day. Another week and a half has gone by...nothing. As a result of not receiving it, the hearing was dismissed because we couldn't prove party had been served. Now I have to start the whole process over; filling out the motion for a new hearing and making all those copies again, as well as look for a new server and pay another fee. I agree with Kendrick D. ...they stole my money too! F***ing BS!!!
If you want your money stolen and no service to show for it then I recommend you use this "firm." They will stop communicating with you as soon as you pay for service, never serve your lawsuit, then disappear. In all my years of law practice I have never been burned by such an unprofessional organization.
