Mel Muller Repair

Hired to perform a couple of "minor" repairs prior to closing on our new home, Mel Muller Repair did NOT come through. The employees showed up and used our tools to perform the repairs...This is "normal," per Mr. Muller.



Long story short, after the repair work, they failed to reconnect our water heater correctly resulting in a leak that soaked the floor. It also left doubts as to the safe use of the gas water heater.



Per our realtor, he was "too busy" to promptly come and repair the mistakes he and his company made - Even though my wife and two small children had been without hot water for 4 days. Luckily, my wife scheduled another plumber for a second opinion, and he was able to correct the issues.



For a company supposedly worried about their 20-year reputation, they sure didn't act like it. Apparently having a "big job" trumps fixing previous mistakes made, even when it involves children.



Do not use this company. There are much better choices out there...
