Went to get vicheal inspected people all over telling us that they were not busy. Then they were busy and asked us to come back in the morning and they could get us in. Went back the next day and dropped off the car, asked if they could tell us why the check Engine light was on, and to tell us what parts needed to be fixed and not replace or repair anything. We just wanted to know why the light was on and what needed to be fixed for $97 + tax. Called at 11:00 am after three hours of the car being there. Guy said that it was in the shop and they were looking at it at that time and it would be ready by 1:00 pm. We arrived at the dealer at around one, the person up front said that the guy in back was working on cars from yesterday and he had not gotten to it yet. WHAT!!!!! They just told me that they were fixing it. Get your facts straight I was willing to pay for those people to look at my car to tell me what needed to be fixed and they give me the run around about looking at it. HORABLE HORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
