They don't follow through, they don't return phone calls or respond to email. They obviously have enough customers and don't need any new ones.

Dont return phone calls, unresponsive. They came out to my house once, took pictures, were supposed to make a design, they never followed through. I called them at least 3 times, left messages and tried email but I guess they have enough business and they don't need any more.

I contacted Hilltop and after multiple emails and phone messages Jim finally came out to our house on a Saturday morning, after looking at what we wanted done he made a comment "I guess this job is worth a estimate" that was the last thing I needed to hear especially from the owner. It now has been almost a month and still not bid. If you like playing phone tag and are not in a hurry then this would be your company. We are not in a hurry but very upset with the comments made and the lack of urgency on their part. We will not be going with this company to do the backyard of our home.
