        High electric bill

        Hello
        I had to stay at this park due to a break down. Had no choice. Came in on Saturday, no manager to allow monthly stay. I had to wait 2 days to talk with lady manager. Monday came no two day credit for month stay. She the lady manager made it clear not happy that I wanted a one month stay and made it a Hugh deal. Rude, short with me. Very early 8 am next day. Came to my coach waking me up too tell me that my doggie pen not allowed. Really 8 a.m wake up. Then at 15.75 cents per kWh charge for electric. 165.00 bill for 30 days. I only used one AC and off at night. I think there is something very wrong I even turn off hot water tank. Unplugged all extras. I would not stay here again.

        One of the best.

        I have been to many RV parks. This park rates as one of the best parks I have been to. Nice activity center, clean shower facilities and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend .

        We snowbird to AZ in the winte...

        We snowbird to AZ in the winter and come by here, coming and going to AZ. We have stayed here many times and have never had a problem here. The sites are wide and long enough for us to pull in and not have to unhook. They have a large off leash dog run that our yorkies love to run in. We are close enough to Albuquerque to get a lot of tv chanels that come in clear. The staff has always been friendly. The price is good. We will continue to stay here.



        We pull a 40 ft fifthwheel and the last time we stayed here was June 2012
