        Overall

        They were recommended to me by a friend. Was thinking of changing our ped doc. I found the medical assistant/nurse (50'ish woman) that checked us in a bit unfriendly to my little boy. She seemed a little lacking in kid skills & intolerant of four/five year old behavior. I felt uncomfortable w/my son in her presence. We saw the new doc. She seems knowledgeable & was attentive, but a little cold & too clinical. Also the receptionist gave me wrong advice on insurance, which I called & double checked on only to realize, I was right all along. They were okay, but I wasn't overly impressed.
