        RUDE, UNCARING AND IMPERSONAL

        IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THE LEVEL OF CARE FROM THIS DOCTOR, I WOULD NEVER HAVE PUT MY MOTHER IN THE FACILITY HE WORKES AT. HE WAS RUDE, OBNOXIOUS AND NEVER REALLY PHYSICHALLY EXAMINED HER. JUST ORDERED A LOT OF TESTS! NEVER WAS AVAILABLE WHEN WE NEEDED HIM. WROTE HER INFORMATION IN WRONG PATIENTS CHARTS!
