Deluxe Inn & Suites

Very gross and disgusting. Room is far from clean, dilapidated, should be torn down. Roaches and rodents. I noticed the bugs as the night went on and kept swatting and killing them. Later that evening i was awoke by something as i got ready to lay down i heard something running back in forth behind the bed. I looked over and watched a mouse climb up a lamp cord then it actually sat there and stared at me like i was in his space. The management was very rude. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. 0 stars

We Rented a room @ the DELUXE INN and our third night there we were fixing the bed and my four year old son found a tin can when i opened it there at least nine needles in it i didnt know whether to tell management im afraid they will kick us out not that i want to stay hrre but im broke and have no choice.... But i wudnt reccomend any to stay here we even found a piece of the carpet and it was bumping up i pulled it back and there was womens clothing underneath. These ppl are rude and so cheap it aint worth the time not to mention the money..........

THIS PLACE IS HORRID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The first night there the toilet OVER FLOWED and finally when someone came out to look at it, he told us to go to the office with him and he would give us a snake to snake it. WAT THE HELL!!! Oh no I said I dont work here you can do it, instead they switched our rooms to one with no air conditioning, the hottest sweatiest night ever and when we complained in the morning they put us in another room where we were EATEN BY BED BUGS, DISGUSTING!!!!!! And when I went to tell them in the office the EXTREMELY RUDE morning counter clerk blew it off like she didn't understand what the big deal was. I guess these people are just so used to living in filth that being eaten by bed bugs is daily routine for them. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR THE HORRID CONDITIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE SHOULD BE FORCED TO ENJOY THEIR OWN ACCOMMODATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!

On a recent trip through New Mexico, my husband and I selected a motel from the "Travel Coupon Guide" that you can pickup at many restaurants along major highways. It sounded like a good deal at $32.95, and we arrived coupon in hand. To our surprise, the marquee displayed the same rate as our coupon--oh, well.



However, WE PAID TOO MUCH, considering the conditions!



The room was reasonably clean, BUT (1) the shower/tub drained so slowly that we were standing in water about 5 inches deep throughout our showers, (2) the television image was horrible at best, and (3) the "heater" ran all night long only to "cut" the chill a bit. We knew none of this as we undressed for bed, or we would have requested another room (maybe better/maybe not). We would have just departed, however, there were signs in the lobby stating: "No refunds!" In retrospect, we should have just blown off our $40 and gone somewhere else.



The frosting on the cake came with the free "continental breakfast" consisting of coffee, juice, and ONE ONLY stale doughnut. Very unprofessional signs indicated that we were limited to one doughnut only and that we must use the motel's cups for juice and coffee only. The breakfast restrictions were not a big problem for us; in fact, we just wanted to get out of there. However, it looked and sounded CHEAP, and I don't mean inexpensive. We paid way to much for what we got!
